FoodZone provides an online food ordering and delivery platform connecting customers with local restaurants and food vendors. We facilitate orders but are not responsible for food preparation or quality, which remains the sole responsibility of the restaurant partners.

3. User Account

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One person or entity may maintain only one account
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Ordering and Payments

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change
  • You agree to pay for all orders placed through your account
  • Payment must be made through approved payment methods
  • Delivery charges apply as per the delivery zone
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason

5. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • You must provide accurate delivery address and contact information
  • Delivery partner will attempt delivery once at the specified address
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect information are non-refundable
  • Someone must be available to receive the order

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm restaurant partners or delivery staff
  • Provide false information or impersonate others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
  • Reverse engineer or modify the platform
  • Use the service to transmit viruses or malicious code

7. Cancellations and Refunds

8. Intellectual Property

All content on FoodZone, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FoodZone or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Food quality, preparation, or ingredients (restaurant responsibility)
  • Allergic reactions or food-related illness
  • Delays beyond our reasonable control
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Issues arising from third-party services

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FoodZone does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City].
