Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains how orders are delivered through FoodZone for food and grocery items. Delivery availability, timelines, and charges may vary by location and vendor.
1) Delivery Areas
- Delivery is available only in serviceable areas shown during checkout.
- If your address is outside the serviceable area, order placement may be restricted.
2) Estimated Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and may change based on traffic, weather, or vendor preparation time.
- During peak hours or high demand, deliveries may take longer than usual.
3) Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on distance and admin-configured rates, and are shown clearly before payment.
4) Order Handover & Verification
- Please verify items at the time of delivery (where feasible).
- If items are missing/damaged, report immediately via Help Center / Report an Issue with photos.
5) Failed Delivery
A delivery may fail due to:
- Incorrect/incomplete address or unreachable phone number.
- Customer unavailable at the delivery location.
- Restricted entry to delivery location (security / access issues).
In such cases, the order may be cancelled and charges may apply depending on vendor preparation and delivery attempt.
